Problems with Spam!
So it turns out the internet is full of evil spammers who deserve to be punished a lot. If we leave registration open, then we get spammed to death by people and that's a real pain in the arse to deal with.
The solution I've come up with is pretty ridiculous, but I'm hoping it'll work for a while. I'm going to open the doors to barbelith.com every week or so for an hour, and I'm going to put up when that happens on Twitter, so that you can follow that account if you want to and sign up in those windows when we open the door.
