Photos (PICS)- not necessarily safe for work, though that's not an excuse for wanton exhibitionism. Not everybody wants to meet Mr Peterson or, indeed, his friends.

For those wondering, I'm the second in from the left, in the dark shirt. The guy on the left of me is film-composer, Brent Michael Davids, dressed down for the evening. Don't look like me, do I?

God, but you're all so bloody beautiful. Except Iamus, who's freaky - but good freaky.

These recent photos brightened up an otherwise dull and irritating day at work, and for that, y'all are thanked.

Second in from the left you say? But then you're a thing holder. Previously you said you were not a thing holder, but there you clearly are, holding a thing. You have been laying a false trail! I had discounted holders of things!

Whoa -- I was going to say that you were the second from the left, but as a joke because I really thought you were second from the right.

What's the story with that photo, DD?

It's from a film festival I helped put together while finally finishing my degree and walking my mom through her big back/brain/neck/and-life injuries. Photo's from a panel we held on whether the signature film for the Smithsonian Museum of the Native American was handled appropriately or not. This is right before they started the debate or drifted off the debate while sitting at the table, and just enjoyed their panelist complimentary Cokes.

And, looking at the link, I just realized, my copy is flipped from the one you guys have (from flickr). Or, your copy is flipped. I'm on the right! Stupid newspaper. That really doesn't look like me. Easiest way to find me, is: I'm tiny!

Anyhow, to settle that completely (now that I'm looking at the one you can see)... from right to left: Brent Michael Davids, me, my roommate and social type worker Mark Pero, Sterlin Harjo (director, Four Sheets to the Wind), Steve Judd (dir., American Indian Graffiti), Sherwin Bistui (Whiting Award winner, Shapeshift, and part of the reason I know something's weird with this photo, because he's possibly shorter than I am), Chris Eyre (dir. Smoke Signals, Thousand Roads), and me... um, wait, no that's not me, that's local DJ Walt Lindala, and closing it out, another student, April Lindala.

I was going to say that you were the second from the left, but as a joke because I really thought you were second from the right.

gourami, you're possibly the nearest, geographically to me, right now. I could feel that confusion all the way across the desert.

That one had me a bit puzzled too.

And Boboss is a stone fox! Who knew? Even if he is about to be flayed and have his skin worn by those horrific "co-workers" of his.

It's been a long while since I did this proper, so here's me five minutes ago. Please excuse the obvious Myspace posery, but it is done in the grand tradition of internet picture posting after all...

Iamus, you look like your name! And I started to think the background was really interesting, but then I realized, if we take you out of it, it wouldn't be. So it's very nicely framed. And the posing's not too bad. You look like you can't decide between world domination or getting the onion bagel.

The framings a happy accident. It's what the laptop sees from atop my drawing board. Cheers though!

You look like you can't decide between world domination or getting the onion bagel.

That right there may be the most accurate summation of me anybody's ever made.

Lula, this is what a scar should look like:

(Keywords: toboggan, steep hill, barbed wire fence.)

This is me practising that Morrissey look:

I quite like this one. I think me and Morrissey should pair up and do that upper right hand corner thing together.

I don't think so, mice. If you did it would make Morrisey cry. Um, more than usual.

That's by way of saying that you're very good looking, by the way.

Isn't it very pettily nice that so much of the 'lith is made up of highly pretty people? (I'm so shallow.) It helps that everyone here who I've seen a picture of, I already know are witty, interesting, and oft-sweet ahead of time.

Stoats, do you still have what appears to be John Waters facial hair? That's the sexeh, as you say. And awesome.

(I'm not cycling through fifty-plus pages trying to identify a(nother) picture of you.)

A friend of mine just reminded me she sold a photo of, well, me, for several hundred dollars, so I'm feeling pretty good about myself (even if that was eight or so years ago) and think I will post whatever my multiple upcoming headshots look like. Cream of the crop, anyway. The ones where I'm not tearing anyone's throat out with my teeth or breaking the camera with a badteeth smile.

And, how old are you? (If you don't mind me asking) Because I'd always assumed you where a fully comped grown-up sort, but you look about 19 in that photo.

He's fifty four believe it or not, he just bathes in the blood of virgins and uses oil of Ulay.

I'm not sure if this pic's already here:

I am the devilishly handsome drunken one second from the right. It may be the only internet pic of me, which I find weirdly satisfying.

Watch as I dutifully disprove your equation!

I've never truly liked any picture of myself that has been taken candidly and even most posed ones leave me cringing, but this is the one that I hate least, so I guess it's a resounding success.

So did the iamus/wee think jump occur before or after this picture?

And Seth, thanks to you, I'm going to be walking around with the police-state tank-mentality song of righteous wrongness from Tank Police for awhile.

...T is for Tank, and T is for Terror, and the K is the K in Killing in Error...

JOY NO WRY, is that really you? Smashing hangover hair and a very fine scar too. How did you do it? (Maybe it's rude to ask that. Sorry if you feel horribly offended.)
