As I understand it, Flyboy no longer wishes to interact with Barbelith in conversation, or as a board. However, in certain areas the moderators are now spread sufficiently thinly that if he stops checking in on moderator decisions they might well not ever get signed off through lack of numbers, so he is still looking in at moderator actions. Unless and until there are new moderators, or he stops feeling public-spirited, I imagine that will continue to be the case.

Although, strangely, formalising my decision to stop caring particularly has helped put some distance between my brain and this place, which in turn has meant that I'm now finding the dickishness amusing, whereas previously it'd have driven me into a cold fury.
