Bacon, why don't you explain a little about the article the link takes us to and then maybe write a little about whether you have any thoughts about it first (you must have some as you thought it worthwhile to post it). Perhaps edit the title and title summary to explain a little more about what you plan to explore in this thread.
It's also pretty easy to set up a proper link by going to the format text, post links and images section of the wiki (accessible from the link in the Reply window), cut and paste the code you need and add in the relevant bits yourself.

Is it worth retitling this thread to focus it on military trouble between Pakistan and Afghanistan? That's probably an issue worth discussing, despite the whiffed first post here.
A lock has been proposed on this thread, which I am agreeing, for everyone's info. There may be a thread for discussing this on Barbelith, although there's not a lot of stomach for current affairs nowadays, but it isn't this one, I think.
