Okay, so I forgot that today was the deadline to pay for the Fall classes at the local community college.

I signed up for the payment plan at about 8:00pm this evening, so the first payment doesn't process until the next business day (tomorrow). I hope it counts, but it's going to drive me nuts until tomorrow morning, when I can actually talk to someone at the financial aid office.

So what are YOU worried about?

Rest assured that I am a very self-centered person; I'm not particularly interested in anyone's worries but my own. But when I'm worried about something, I like to have someone to talk to about it.

Since I don't have anyone to talk to tonight, I figured I'd start this thread so that other people in a similar situation would have a place to go.

My fiance is 38 weeks pregnant, and due to her blood pressure being high, her platlettes low, and some other stuff I don't understand, she was induced yesterday morning. Then again yesterday afternoon. And this morning, and now due to my kids complete lack of any get up and go, will be tommorow. So I've been on tenderhooks (actually fucking terrified would be closer to the truth)) for two, three days now. Am terrified that not only will I be useless in the delivery room, but also for the eighteen years after.

Saying that, the way she's been taking it all in her stride, I figure she'll pull up the average score for this parenting group.

Please tell me that these are classes that teach you how to hector people in a weird Mancunian accent over a rudimentary garage style background with added cheapo keyboards.

I'm worried about money as always - basically hoping that all the people who owe me money pay me quickly enough that I can pay all the people I owe. Never a borrower or lender be was sound advice I find now to my cost...

It's a little boy, he was 12 days early, and weighed a solid 6pounds 9ounces. God only knows how big he'd been if he'd gone full term, he was 6 pounds friday last week.

hey triplets thanks for the kind words man! i hope you're right, this girl is kind of "cool" and so i get pretty nervous when i talk to her.... i've been going to that store for a while now though so we chat often and she laughs at my dumb jokes.... fingers crossed! i'm going to go in next week to pick up the new dandy warhols album so i'll let you know how things go when i talk to her.....

the mix cd had some ramones, jonathan richman, tom waits, easop rock, other cool stuff... i can post the full trax but maybe i should not do that in this thread, might be off topic?? is that what the music forum is for maybe?

WI am worrying about whether I utterly suck as a teacher.

I can cope if I only utterly suck in Saturday morning classes after 3 hours of sleep, but I'll be concerned if the suckage is more widespread.

Perhaps I'll have some sleep. And then implement my brilliant new technique of writing my lesson plans on my hand rather than on bits of paper I then lose ...
