So people keep telling me. So, why hasn't it happened yet? Why hasn't it happened?

Actually, the phone call just a bit ago meant I have to stay awake for positively ages... and somehow be witty and awake in a few hours for business meety stuff. (Damn, Cali being hours earlier than me now! It's a trick, y'know.) I just have to teach myself to make little agreeing sounds in my sleep and then these phone meetings would go just swimmingly.

On the one hand, I'm finding that Bachalo really didn't grasp women's fashion in the Nineties, and on the other hand, Milligan is great when he just relaxes and lets it flow. Other than the odd issue where I was screaming at him not to spell EVERYTHING OUT FOR US!

I don't know, I kind of think Milligan's at his best when he's displaying everything with intense obviousness. Maybe it's just the interplay between spelling it all out and the general air of coyness otherwise in action.

I really have to reread Shade sometime. Sooner than later.

They helped progress the plot a little, but there are some things in this world for which there can be no help, and I fear this story may be one of them.

Of course, there are a lot of things I've done that I thought were epic fail that other people seemed to like (and vice versa) so I dunno...
