I doubt it's a hack - Jason just wants to sell copies of Ultraculture, and Barbelith has traditionally had enough people on it interested in this sort of thing to go for it.

What's a bit more disturbing is that he's trying to sell Ultraculture issue one again, and also that he's trying to do so with the articles that people requested be removed after the whole dirty voodoo episode - so, not, one hopes, a second printing. The credit crunch may be biting even in the Invisible College.

This poster has repeatedly made odious racist statements attacking Vodou, a minority religion. He has also chosen to libel and defame other posters, attacking their personal integrity and practices in the nastiest possible way.

Unless anyone has any objections after reading those links, I'm going to lock or delete this thread this evening as BiaS stands by Sivanath's comments, who was one of the few people to be successfully banned from barbelith as I recall.

Actually, never mind, I'm just going to lock it now. Any protests please PM me or bring it up in Policy, we don't need Ultraculture raising it's ugly head in the Temple again.
