o Edinburgh Article
There is an article in the latest Edinburgh Review about Grant Morrison, The Invisibles and comic books in general. There's an excerpt here.

o TV Appearance
The Bomb has been featured on the British TV station Channel Four, in a late night slot called "Disinfo Nation" hosted by Richard Metzger. The whole www.barbelith.com community got a ringing endorsement from the corporate counter-cultural guru himself.

o Kissing Mister Quimper now available
The new trade paperback "Killing Mister Quimper", which collects the end of Volume Two of the Invisibles is now available. It still cannot be bought through amazon.com, except in the UK [Buy the book].

o The Bomb adds a new feature
If you look at many of the issue guides in Volume Three, you will see that I am starting to add the full scanned covers of all the Invisibles to The Bomb. I don't want to step on the heels of Sixmonkey's site, so I am only going to add those covers that I directly got from DC's site. He is thinking of shutting down his site - perhaps I will take over his archive when/if he does so. In the meantime, enjoy!

o Artist Jam
I got an e-mail with a few annotations from Cameron Stewart, who revealed to me in the process that he is doing a couple of pages of art for the upcoming 3#2. Looking forward to it.

o New film rumours
There are new film rumours surrounding the Invisibles, particularly from corona.bc.ca. Discussion with Grant in August apparently led someone to believe that the rights had been sold to the Artisan film company. This goes against the prevailing opinion that the film was dead in the water after the release of The Matrix, but who knows....

o Time Out Film Guide 2000
OK. Not much to do with Grant, but the book that I worked on last - as researcher and contributor, The Time Out Film Guide is now available in the shops. There is much to recommend about it. You can get it through Amazon UK or US.

o Banner competition
As you may have noticed, The Bomb has a new banners section so you can help advertise the site. But I have also decided to run a competition to see if I can get a better banner. Submissions should be 234x60 pixels in size, be cool, and be under 10k in size. If they could include this bit of PR from www.disinfo.com: "You MUST look at this site!" (disinfo.com) then I'd be really grateful. I will be supplying a prize to the one I think is best. Haven't decided what yet... Also it will be used as the official banner for the site, and your name will be listed in the banners section.

o Artists for the final issues
According to Jay Babcock, Grant has recently been quoted as saying: "Frank [Quitely] draws only the very last issue. The three before that are drawn by an orgy of everyone who's ever contributed to the book."

o Online review of Lovely Biscuits
I have been sent the address for an intelligent review of Grant's Lovely Biscuits. To read it, point yourself here.

o Grant and Phil Hine
Phil Hine, author of Condensed Chaos, has informed me that Grant has written the introduction to his new book Prime Chaos which is now available on Amazon. I'll get a link up as soon as I can.

o Onelist Invisibles Mailing list
There is also an Invisibles mailing list which you can be signed up at www.onelist.com. It's an extraordinary place full of mad discussion. And (occasionally) some of it is about The Invisibles. [Mailing List FAQs]

o Contacting Grant
If you want to contact Grant do so through DCOVEmail@aol.com.
