I'm always happy to spare a thought, as you say, for the employees of the USPS.

I've never heard of the international mail delivery system, though. I googled the phrase and found one result with ten subresults (google counts them, but it's all one website). I assume the blessing here is for the employees of international corporations that deliver mail, yes?
