Despite his current stutterings and chimp faces, he was once an intelligent and coherent debater. In a letter in this month's issue of the Atlantic, a neurologist writes in response to the article by saying that George Bush could very well have pre-senile dementia and he best get his head checked out before he turns into another Ronnie Reagan. Fascinating.
