Recommend me a New Camera

Ok I've just got back into photography thanks to Flickr and I'm itching to do some new stuff now, but my old digi-cam sucks at anything apart from static shots and I have a yen to do portraits and things moving.

So could someone recommend me a good digital camera costing £200-300 pounds that has a reasonable zoom (for taking portraits at a distance) and doesn't have any problems with blurring if you move the camera while taking pics.

I'm hoping to get a Fujifilm FinePix S7000 for my 18th birthday next week. it's about $400 (US). from the research I've done, it's a damn good deal with alot of nice features and good quality for the sub-SLR level. if I do get it, I'll be sure to give you an update

by the way, why is this in creation? it would probably fit better in conversation
