I found a strange note

All Acting Regiment

So I was out wandering the canal paths around town, and I happened across this letter, folded into an outside and an inside, and pushed into a gap in a bench. The outside of it looked like this:

And the inside looked like this:

So what's it all about then?

TOPY= Temple of Psychick Youth?

Some kid who's just discovered grass and PTV trying to do some random passerby's head in?

No, hang on... there aren't any 23s on it. That can't be it.

Sigil powered by the curiosity of strangers? In which case your posting it on teh Internet should help - particularly in anyone's up for a wank.

Photocopy it 20 or so times. On each copy, ring random elements in red biro, write "O/23, SEE TEACHER!!" then put them in obvious places on the route where you found the original.

Mourne Kransky

It's a self portrait of a man with a very small head and a giant, triangular torso. Be careful that, next time you roam the towpaths, you don't bump into him.

Although he is probably not all that dangerous, given that he has no arms.

Ganesh

He's carrying handcuffs on the right, which suggests he's a BDSM bottom.

Nice nipple-tassels, though.

Grab his heart-shaped wrongcock.

Whatever it is, I like that someone made the effort, even if there is an element (ok, a large dollop) of "look at me! spooky!" about it.

A very badly done vévé?

Grab his heart-shaped wrongcock.

I believe that's a front bottom.

I believe that's a front bottom.
Agreed. And drawn with such mastery, too.

Maybe Topy, d'you think?

I'd say it's defintely someone in ToPY, didn't know they were still active in the UK. Actually, I don't think they are so I'd guess it's someone who's come across them on the net. You could post it in The Temple and say "WHO IN THE NAME OF GEN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS"?
