| | | | I'm interested in trying therapy, and was wondering what the process is of finding who and what style of therapist would work best - is it a viable option to arrange one off sessions and making a choice from this, or does one go for a pre-meeting? Does one go to their GP for a referal or is it best to do the leg work yourself? Is there a directory as such that one can consult? |
