Uh, I guess I don't know what your looking for here. Are you looking for Dance/Hip-Hop tracks to do Aerobics-type exercise? Or something more agressive for Weightlifting or Cross-Training?

Metallica and Zeppelin are pretty synonomous with my early gym days. All the boys would blast it.

Personally, I prefer a little Dimitri From Paris (Playboy Mansion), a little Primal Scream, maybe a little hip-hop.
