The eMac, Apple’s most affordable PowerPC G4-based system, comes complete with a 17-inch flat CRT display and a space-saving, all-in-one design that fits right in your home. Plus award-winning digital lifestyle applications and Mac OS X, Apple’s rock-solid operating system.

Does that look great or what? In other Apple news, Quanta computers to make 17" & 19" iMacs. So, whaddya think? :D

Au contrair, Sleaze. Apple is selling eMac to the general public, not jsut schools. In fact, you can order it right off of their site for just $1099!

Nicer-looking than the desk lamp. It's probably not that air-brushed and shiny in real life, though.

why ANYONE would buy a CRT over a flat panel LCD is BEYOND me.
