| | | DONNIE DARKO
A nice smorgasbord of late '80's nostalgia, time travel, questions of the soul, destiny, the end of the world, death, a giant demonic bunny ("Tha's no ordinary rabbit!") and the sex life of the Smurfs.
WAKING LIFE
I want to strangle every member of the Motion Picture Academy for not nominating this for Best Animated Feature the first year there was such a category. Obviously a Pink plot. So epistological and existential it should count as college credit. |
