A Scottish comedian was doing a thing recently about how this was just like a 'Jim'll Fix It' stunt (apologies to non-UK lithers- 80s tv show from our own fair isle, in which kids have various dreams fulfilled). It kind of fits given how baby-faced and innocent the young guy seemed.

"I'm just going to read this letter: 'Jim, could you fix it for me to recreate the events of September 11?' ...now then... we caan't quite manage a jumbo jet..but how's ab-out...

Apparently the kid was on a kind of acne medication with a warning for depression. This provoked a hilarious comment from the guy who distributes the drug in Australia: "It would be a tragedy if this drug was banned. It's the only thing for serious acne that works."

I read that his parents made a suicide pact when they were teenagers..The reason being is that they were denied a marriage license...They were gonna go out Romeo and Juliet style....In a press conference, the kids English teacher said they were in the middle of Romeo and Juliet....

Another thing is that the father left them when he was a baby and he was of Arabic descent.
