| | | I just tried a new (for me) method of attaining gnosis, and it worked a fucking charm. I got everything that could emit some sort of continuous noise, eg. my computer, the tv, etc... so I ended up with
Lux Mammoth (a bassy noise band) - Hertz Circus

Black Lung (noisy industrial techno) - The Wonderful and Frightening world of...

Traffic noises from the major road I live next to
All of these were going as loud as possible (without damaging anything of course), and I then proceeded to lie down and meditate.
BAM - Almost instant gnosis. My mind at first felt like it had been shat in, and then a couple of seconds later, clear....
So anyway, my question: What methods do you use to attain gnosis? I'm looking for practical here... (I remember reading somewhere of people burying themselves.... :-|) |
